The difference we make

Blind Sports Australia strives to make a positive impact for those that are Visually Impaired or blind, we do this through providing support options for people looking to become more active or to have a wider connection with the active community. As an organisation we support all Blind Sports and encourage everyone to become more active, whether that be from joining a local sports team, to just finding opportunities to meet with others for morning walking groups.

Blind Sports Australia supports all athletes including at International level, with Australia’s brilliant Paralympic Athletes, all the way to those just starting out.

Most importantly, Blind Sports Australia provides a platform for Visually Impaired Athletes to have a voice and stand out, ensuring that everyone has equal opportunity to have their say and make an impact.

Furthermore, Blind Sports Australia is one of Australia’s brilliant charity organisations, whose members are Blind Sporting Organisations all around the country.
