Blind Sports Australia is proud to have partnered with Jess Jasch from J-Leigh.com.au to produce a series of Athlete Wellbeing Videos, specifically tailored towards athletes who are Blind or have a Vision Impairment. Jess is a wellness specialist, who facilitates programs incorporating yoga, breathing and mindfulness techniques for students from emergency services and military personnel focused on PTSD and trauma support, to corporates, executives, and elite athletes.

Jess has also been involved with the Australian Men's Goalball team since 2019, providing yoga sessions as a cross-training and mindfulness activity for the team and also taking on Team Manager responsibilities.

This series of 8 videos (including an introductory video), will focus on areas such as active recovery, core activation, strengthening and stretching sessions and relaxation techniques.
